In 2000, we absorbed and introduced advanced domestic and overseas high-frequency switching power supply technology to develop high-frequency switching power supply which is widely used in the market currently.
For the main electronic part and component module of this equipment, its key power device adopts high-power insulated gate bipolar transistor "IGBT" module. Its transformer core is ultracrystalline (also known as nanocrystalline) magnetically soft alloy material and ferrite. In addition to this, this equipment adopts self-developed IP master control technology in control system and uses cold-rolled panel and epoxy paint spraying technology structurally to improve anti-oxidative and acid & alkaline resisting effect of device appearance.
Several years' production practice and customers' suggestion enable complete device's design and performance to become more reasonable. Therefore, our devices are strongly popularized and applied to all electroplating environments of all surface treatment industries including chrome-plating, copper-plating, galvanizing, nickel-plating, gold-plating, silver-plating, tinplating, alloy-plating, as well as in various industries like electrolysis, anode-oxidation, electroforming, vacuum coating and electrophoresis. We reduce costs of production greatly in power supply and raw material. The device is small in size and light in weight. The size is only half of silicon controlled.
